During the next Frühstück, we’d like to dedicate half of the time to our monthly topic — “Customer Relationship Management”. This is not limited to CRM software or tools, but should be about everything we want to talk about regarding our customers: How do we communicate with them? How do we get in touch with them? How do we handle feedback? etc.
