This time, we will feature an open-panel discussion with some of Frankfurt’s top VC / Startup scene key decision makers, where we will explore the details and intricacies in startup – VC matchmaking. Topics will include things like: what do VCs look for in startups, how startups handle VC relationships, and much much more.

The Meetup will be at the WeWork on Neue Rothofstrasse 13 – 19, and will begin at 7pm. Come out and have a chance to participate in a great discussion and Q&A. Free food and drinks will be provided.

About the speakers:

Arash Houshmand
-Arash Houshmand is the managing director of Ampolon Ventures. A seasoned entrepreneurs with several successful companies under his belt, he applies his expertise to provide insights to companies who wish to build new products and services. He strives to help shape the digitization of the real estate industry by creating new business models and investing in promising startups.

Leo Bedford
-Hailing from London, UK – Leo started his career as founder of a bootstrapped events company, which he scaled into 28 UK cities, before an eventual sale. Since then he has founded, bought and sold several other small businesses in the UK. More recently Leo was CMO at prop-tech startup “Pass the Keys”, where he oversaw the expansion into new territories as well as the growth of the top line revenue. Today, he is Chief Growth Officer at ophigo.

Ralf Heim
-Ralf Heim is a German Technology Entrepreneur and Founder of
Fincite as well as Fincite Ventures. As a Pioneer for digital investment solutions, Fincite creates Asset Management for a connected, digital world. Before Fincite, Ralf headed the business development of a big data company (exits to PwC & SAP). Starting as a freelancer at the age of 16, Ralf spent his career building analytical systems for companies as well as central banks.
