About the speakers:
Prof. Rafael Ramirez is the first Professor of Practice at the University of Oxford. He directs the award-winning Oxford Scenarios Program and is one of the world’s leading experts on scenario planning. As a researcher and advisor, Rafael has worked extensively with NGOs, corporations, inter-governmental organizations, governments, movements, and think tanks.
Isabel de Paoli is a strategist, innovation visionary and Chief Strategy Officer of Merck, a leading science and technology company, and designated member of the Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. She is a strong advocate for changing the way strategies are developed and is convinced that building resilient strategies is key to facing uncertainty in an increasingly complex world.
