Lexemo LLC announced the product launch of CARA, the efficient research, visualization & knowledge sharing tool for the Capital Requirements Regulation. CARA offers bankers, lawyers, accountants, advisors, paralegals and other professionals of the financial service industry an efficient and transparent CRR research, communication and knowhow sharing workflow.
The online tool CARA will improve the way teams research, communicate and comply with the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). Central to this is the unique Notes Tool, with which expert knowledge can be shared and preserved.

Lexemo LLC a legal tech startup with its operation based at Reinvent Law and TechQuartier in Frankfurt was founded end of 2016 by Pascal Di Prima, Olaf Draeger and Marco Di Prima. Pascal is a regulatory lawyer since 2006 and has worked as counsel for Clifford Chance and as partner for Simmons & Simmons in Frankfurt. Olaf has more than 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure in financial markets. Marco has 18 years investment banking experience working for Commerzbank, Zurich Financial Services, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Mediobanca in Frankfurt, London and Milan.
