Emma is a €750m+ profitable global sleep brand, already a leader in Europe, and active in 25 countries. Our online business alone generates more than €600m in annual revenue and is the core engine of the company.

Now we’re looking for someone to take full global ownership of that commercial online engine.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:
• Full 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣&𝗟 ownership
• Leading 𝟭𝟳𝟬+ 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 across regions and senior leadership layers
• Owning and evolving a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝟮𝗖 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 at scale
• Co-driving Emma’s 𝗼𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 future
• Acting as a true 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗖-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁):
This role is for an 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 who has built and evolved large consumer or eCommerce businesses in 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Where ambition is high, profits matter, and progress is measured in outcomes, not slide decks.

This is for a leader who sees patterns fast, dissects complex challenges instinctively, and works with their teams to turn them into 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽𝘀 that keep everyone focused on what really matters. Someone who doesn’t just run organizations – someone who 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿 for how the whole team operates.
