Event Description

The Young Leaders of Finance would like to bring another exciting event for you on the 12th in Frankfurt. It is about digital wealth management.

During the old days bank managers, wealth managers and private family wealth managers managed investments for people. The last few years have seen a rise in robo-advisors where with an app/website you can actually invest, save and have a financial plan for yourself without having to deal with a person or a firm directly. The rise of Fintechs have actually given a rise in this type of passive wealth management firms where even a normal person can start saving/planning for as low as €50/month.

They have a Fintech firm called Prospery which is a part of the ABN-Ambro bank who have agreed to give an insight into the industry.

They have two special speakers for the evening.
Speaker 1: Christian Labetzsch
Title: The Rise of Robo Advisory within Private Banking and Wealth Management
Christian is the founder of micobo GmbH, a software development and digital advisory company. His career started in the Digitalisation Unit of Siemens where he managed international software development projects until he founded micobo in 2014. Since then Christian and his team support clients from the financial industry to implement Digital Wealth Management and Digital Banking solutions.

Speaker 2: Marius Greb
Title: Introduction to money management.
Marius is a wealth coach at Prospery. He calculates financial plans, evaluates strategic asset allocations, gives financial advice and is into sports.
In his past he worked for a major German bank, a Swiss Private bank and a Swiss financial service company.
