Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EoT) is a Business Plan Competition for students aged 17-21 in Frankfurt and Rhein-Main Region Schools, organized in association by American-German Business Club e.V. and Frankfurt School.
In this competition, students are encouraged to develop a new business idea individually, or in a teams of up to four people. Entrants compete with students from schools in the Frankfurt and Rhein-Main Region area to produce the best entrepreneurial idea and business plan. Those entering the contest will gain insights into entrepreneurship and business while learning about marketing, finance, planning and presentation skills.
The competition format provides students with access to Mentors who can provide tips to help them prepare their business plan outlining how to take their idea and make it into a successful venture!
Once the business plans are finalised they are submitted for initial judging. The top five finalists selected are then asked to present their Business Plan in front of an audience and a panel of judges at the event final held in June each year.
A business plan is a road map for getting a project up and running. It documents the steps a business venture will take to become profitable. Milestones and a timeline show whether the plan is on track.
A convincing business plan helps you raise support and money to realize your dream. Whether you are proposing a theater production or a manufacturing plant, you need a plan!
In the Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow Program young people can learn what a business plan is, how to prepare the necessary components and key procedures when starting an own business and, as the language of the program is English, all participants learn the key business vocabulary and to communicate and present ideas in business English.
We would like to share with you our sense of initiative and the entrepreneurial spirit vital to today’s global economy. All you have to provide is your own “Get up and Go-spirit”!
