In the wake of 2017’s rapid growth, Mindspace enters the new year with substantial expansion plans for its high-end co-working spaces across Germany, as well as the rest of Europe and overseas. One of the first up, Frankfurt.
Mindspace, a rapidly growing, global provider of high-end co-working spaces, announced earlier this quarter its first location in Frankfurt, Germany’s financial capital.
For those who may have missed it, Mindspace Frankfurt will span a total of 3,300 square meters over five floors at The Eurotheum, the 31-storey skyscraper in the city center. It will accommodate over 450 members from forward-looking enterprises, startups, and small and medium businesses, as well as entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Located at Neue Mainzer Straße 66-68, Mindspace Frankfurt is easily accessible by public transit, just 150 meters from the nearest subway and regional train stations. Close to the historic center and main shopping area, Zeil, the neighborhood offers the city’s best cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and parks.
The company also announced three new locations to be launched during 2018, in Germany, Mindspace’s biggest market: Mindspace Salvatorplatz (opening this February) and Mindspace Stachus (September), both opening in Munich, and Mindspace Kreuzberg (opening this April) in Berlin.
Dan Zakai, CEO and co-founder at Mindspace says:
“Germany is our biggest market worldwide and Mindspace has established itself as a clear leader in the German co-working landscape through our unique design, impeccable service, and vibrant community. Our growth in Germany and around the world gives our members tangible benefits, including the flexibility to have a place to work in other cities. Our strong customer portfolio at Mindspace allows startups and service providers to collaborate with global enterprises and other companies within each community and around the world. We’re excited to expand to Frankfurt, a global business hub for finance, commerce, education, tourism, and transport. Following Brexit, the demand for office space in Frankfurt has increased significantly. It is a remarkable city and we are happy to bring our culture of innovation and the future of work to the financial institutions, enterprises, small and medium businesses, and startups around town, so they can reinvent themselves and innovate rapidly at Mindspace.”
The Eurotheum is a property of Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft mbH. AllOfficecenters handled leasing for Mindspace in the transaction.
