- Some years of professional experience in software development, integration management, and system architecture will help.
- An exceptionally good understanding of complex IT systems, their design, and implementation in a corporate context.
- Some years of experience in the design, implementation, and operation of digital solutions and IT systems would be perfect.
- Solution and enterprise architecture experience in relevant projects or roles.
- A strong understanding of business processes and business models.
- Strong IT and digitalization skills with project experience in both development and operational phases.
- Additionally, proficiency in Generative AI, Node-RED, sales-related software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), and IoT, along with a degree in (business) IT, software engineering, or a comparable field, is preferable.
- Strong consulting and collaboration skills for structuring and communicating complex topics.
- In-depth knowledge of modelling IT and system architectures using relevant standards.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to concentrate and communicate effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English are required (C1 level each).
- Highly flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
